Nature of Services<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer digital and creative services including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Social Media Marketing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Video Editing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brand Promotion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Studio Shoot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AI Creative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal Branding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Web Designing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since these are service-based and custom work projects, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Advance Payments<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any advance payment made for booking a service, project slot, consultation, strategy planning, or creative work is generally <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, especially once work has started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Refund Eligibility<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A refund may be considered only if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vissgrow has not started the project work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client cancels within a reasonable time before work begins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment was made by mistake or duplicate payment occurred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Non-Refundable Situations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work has already started or been partially completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initial concepts, drafts, edits, or strategy work have been shared<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delay is caused by the client\u2019s non-response or incomplete submissions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client changes mind after project approval<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client is dissatisfied due to personal preference after agreed work has been delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media or advertising results do not meet assumed expectations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Third-party platform issues affect performance or delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Revision Instead of Refund<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where possible, we may offer revisions, corrections, or adjustments instead of a refund, depending on the project and service package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Processing of Approved Refunds<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a refund is approved, it will be processed within <strong>7 to 14 business days<\/strong> through the original payment method, unless otherwise communicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
