At Vissgrow, we aim to provide high-quality digital services with transparency and professionalism. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be applicable.
1. Nature of Services
We offer digital and creative services including:
- Social Media Marketing
- Video Editing
- Brand Promotion
- Studio Shoot
- AI Creative
- Personal Branding
- Web Designing
Since these are service-based and custom work projects, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
2. Advance Payments
Any advance payment made for booking a service, project slot, consultation, strategy planning, or creative work is generally non-refundable, especially once work has started.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
- Vissgrow has not started the project work
- The client cancels within a reasonable time before work begins
- Payment was made by mistake or duplicate payment occurred
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Work has already started or been partially completed
- Initial concepts, drafts, edits, or strategy work have been shared
- Delay is caused by the client’s non-response or incomplete submissions
- The client changes mind after project approval
- The client is dissatisfied due to personal preference after agreed work has been delivered
- Social media or advertising results do not meet assumed expectations
- Third-party platform issues affect performance or delivery
5. Revision Instead of Refund
Where possible, we may offer revisions, corrections, or adjustments instead of a refund, depending on the project and service package.
6. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method, unless otherwise communicated.
7. Cancellation Policy
Clients must inform us immediately if they wish to cancel a service. Cancellation requests should be sent via email or phone using the contact details below.
